  • Yes! Our team consists of registered massage therapists and our services all fall within the scope of practice of massage therapy meaning if you have extended health care benefits that include massage therapy, your services will be covered as outlined on your policy.

  • We do not. We will simply provide you with a receipt after your appointment which you can submit to your insurance provider for a reimbursement.

  • a credit card on file is required to book an appointment. We'll simply charge this card after your appointment to pay for your session. We prefer this method so that you don't have to worry about payment after your treatment, you can just float away in your post-massage bliss.

  • We truly do not expect tips from clients. Our rates reflect the value of what we offer and instead, we ask that you send your loved ones to us if you had a good experience. If you really want to leave a gratuity for your therapist, please bring cash to your appointment.

  • We are so fortunate to have an abundance of free parking nearby! We recommend the free street parking right in front of LOFT on the North side of 9th Avenue
